How to access the service

Parents or carers can self-refer their child.

Referrals are accepted from Specialist Health Visitor CADU, 0-19 service, GPs, community paediatricians, CHUFT paediatricians and outpatient services, schools, social care and education.

Referrals can be made by calling us on 0300 2470015 and selecting option 2 or by letter, task, email or by clicking here.

To activate the Children’s Continence Product service please call 0300 2470015 and select option 2. This is an answer machine. Parent/carers must leave the child’s name, date of birth and a contact telephone number along with delivery request or query.
