West Essex Community Specialist Health Services
The Children’s Community Health services provided on behalf of Hertfordshire and West Essex Integrated Care Board (previously known as WE CCG), transferred to the Essex Child and Family Wellbeing Service on 01 April 2017.
These services are provided to families, children and young people with a registered GP in the Harlow, Epping and Uttlesford District and who are referred into the service.

- Children’s Community Nursing
These services are also offered to young people aged up to 25 years who have Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), ensuring a smooth transition to adult services. All services and activities are outcome focused and many are designed to meet one or more of the outcome measures commissioned by Hertfordshire and West Essex ICB.
