Emotional Wellbeing

If you are, or a young person you are supporting is, struggling with emotions and feelings, you’re not alone. It can be helpful to understand that often our feelings are ‘normal’ reactions to traumatic events. Sometimes we all need support and a bit of extra help to move forward and feel safe and happy.

This site has been designed to provide you with information, practical tips and advice so that you get the support you need, when you need it. Throughout your treatment and beyond you will be able to refer back to this page for reminders of the strategies you have learned and for help explaining how you are feeling to peers and people who care about you.
