Chelmsford West Family Hub
The Chelmsford West Family Hub Delivery site provides a welcoming service offering access to and support for children, young people and their families. Our teams of health visitors, school nurses, wellbeing nurses and support practitioners support the provision of a range of activities, advice and services to enable and empower children and young people to achieve their potential.
Families can access groups, learning through play and practical support as well as information on child development, health and wellbeing. The hubs also work closely with community partners to make it easier for families to access the support they need.
The Chelmsford West Family Hub is located on Dixon Avenue- next door to Kings Road Primary School.
