Health Advice Drop‑In support for Parent/Carers of 5–19yr olds
Our Health Advice Drop‑In is a friendly, no appointment service for parents, and carers of children aged 5-19yrs.
You can drop in and speak directly with a member of our team about a wide range of everyday concerns. This includes sleep, healthy eating, growing up and puberty, emotional wellbeing, behaviour, friendships and relationships, school worries, and staying safe. We can also support with things like feeling anxious or low, bullying, loneliness, online safety, vaping, drugs, and alcohol.
No question is too small, and you don’t need to wait until something becomes a big problem.
Having access to early advice and support can make a real difference. It can help you understand what’s going on, feel more confident, and get the right support at the right time.
Open to all, feel free to come along and have a conversation in a supportive, safe, and confidential space.
