Family Support
We support children and families in Essex to improve their health and wellbeing.
The Family Hub team is made up of a collection of practitioners which includes health visitors, school nurses, and healthy family support workers. Together we work to promote the health and wellbeing of children in Essex.
We can see children and families in the community where is suitable, in a local clinic, play area or in your own home.

Requesting Support
A request for support can be made by yourself or any practitioner who you may already be working with. There is no need for a referral form, please call us on 0300 247 0022 or drop into your local family hub. Details of your family hubs can be found here
