Spangles Family Hub
The Spangles Family hub provides a welcoming service offering access to and support for children, young people and their families.
Our teams of health visitors, school nurses, wellbeing nurses and support practitioners support the provision of a range of activities, advice and services to enable and empower children and young people to achieve their potential.
Families can access groups, learning through play and practical support as well as information on child development, health and wellbeing. We post information about events at this location on our Spangles Family Hub Facebook page.
The hubs also work closely with community partners to make it easier for families to access the support they need. The Spangles Family Hub serves the Uttlesford district along with community outreach delivery spaces.

Infant Massage Course (By referral only)
These 5-week courses teach gentle massage techniques that can help your baby feel happier and more relaxed. (By invite only following referral from Health Visitor or Healthy Family Support Practitioner).

Baby Beginnings (0 – 12 months)
Each session is full of fun activities, songs, and stories relating to different topics and themes to help your child learn and grow.
Healthy Family Drop-in (0 – 5 years)
A great opportunity for you to weigh your child and seek advice about your child's overall development and wellbeing.
Home Start (0 – 5 years)
Home-start run several groups across Essex where parents and carers can connect, receive emotional and practical support.
School-age Community Drop-in
Drop-in sessions where parents can ask about any concerns they may have.
Little Explorers (9 – 18 months)
A group for you and your child to support your child’s learning through play as they become more mobile.
Toileting Workshop (18 months to 3 years) – virtual
