Meadows Family Hub
The Meadows Family hub delivery site provides a welcoming service offering access to and support for children, young people and their families.
Our teams of health visitors, school nurses, wellbeing nurses and support practitioners support the provision of a range of activities, advice and services to enable and empower children and young people to achieve their potential.
Families can access groups, learning through play and practical support as well as information on child development, health and wellbeing.
The hubs also work closely with community partners to make it easier for families to access the support they need.

What's on at Meadows Family Hub
Little Explorers (9 – 18 months)
A group for you and your child to support your child’s learning through play as they become more mobile.
Stay, Play and Learn (under 5’s)
A fun group that promotes children's development through activities, songs and storytelling.
