Little Oaks Family Hub
The Little Oaks Family hub delivery site provides a welcoming service offering access to and support for children, young people and their families.
Our teams of health visitors, school nurses, wellbeing nurses and support practitioners support the provision of a range of activities, advice and services to enable and empower children and young people to achieve their potential.
Families can access groups, learning through play and practical support as well as information on child development, health and wellbeing. We post information about events at this location on our Little Oaks Family Hub Facebook page.
The hubs also work closely with community partners to make it easier for families to access the support they need.

Infant Massage Course (By Referral only)
These 5-week courses teach gentle massage techniques that can help your baby feel happier and more relaxed. (By invite only following referral from Health Visitor or Healthy Family Support Practitioner).
Little Explorers (9 – 18 months)
A group for you and your child to support your child’s learning through play as they become more mobile.
