Harlequin Family Hub
The Harlequin Family Hub Delivery Site provides a welcoming service offering access to and support for children, young people and their families.
Our teams of health visitors, school nurses, wellbeing nurses and support practitioners support the provision of a range of activities, advice and services to enable and empower children and young people to achieve their potential. Families can access groups, learning through play and practical support as well as information on child development, health and wellbeing.
The hubs also work closely with community partners to make it easier for families to access the support they need. Please see the individual timetables detailing the groups and services offered in the hubs and delivery sites and local community based activities.
The Harlequin Family Hub Delivery Site is located in the grounds of Acorn Academy and Spring Harlequin Nursery.
Look for our sign by the green fences, walk along the side of the school as pictured and then into our white building
