Introducing Solids Workshop 

Our Introducing Solids Workshop is a friendly and supportive session for parents and carers who are getting ready to start their baby on solid foods. 

The session helps you understand when your baby is ready for solids and how to begin. We will talk about the signs to look for, different ways you can feed your baby, and which foods are good to try first. 

We also cover how to keep your baby safe during mealtimes and how to make feeding a calm, positive experience for both you and your baby. 

You will have the chance to ask questions and feel more confident about taking this next step in your baby’s development. 

You will be supported in a welcoming, relaxed, and friendly environment.
