Infant Massage Course (Referral Only) 

This course teaches gentle massage techniques that can help your baby feel calm, relaxed and secure. Through positive touch, you will learn ways to comfort your baby and support their emotional wellbeing. 

Infant massage is a special opportunity to strengthen the bond between you and your baby. It helps you to understand your baby’s cues, recognise their needs and respond with confidence. This can support healthy attachment, helping your baby feel safe, loved and connected to you. 

Sessions take place in a calm, friendly and supportive environment where you can spend quality one-to-one time with your baby. You will also have the chance to meet other parents and carers, share experiences and build supportive relationships. 

This course is available by invitation only following a referral from a Health Visitor or Healthy Family Support Practitioner.
