Innovation fund

Our purpose is to change lives through transforming health and care. So many of our colleagues have amazing ideas of how to transform the way we do things – and sometimes a bit of financial support can help, so we set aside £100,000 a year for this very reason.

Colleague awards

Our awards are all about recognising and celebrating someone who goes above and beyond. They’re a way for colleagues to acknowledge colleagues for the great things they’re doing day to day, big or small, that mean so much to everyone around them.
