PLEASE NOTE LIFT IS CURRENTLY OUT OF ACTION

The Silver End Family Hub Delivery Site provides a welcoming service offering access to and support for children, young people and their families.

Our teams of health visitors, school nurses, wellbeing nurses and support practitioners support the provision of a range of activities, advice and services to enable and empower children and young people to achieve their potential. Families can access groups, learning through play and practical support as well as information on child development, health and wellbeing.

The Silver End Family Hub Delivery Site is located upstairs on the 1st floor in Silver End Village Hall, next to Silver End Library. Please enter via the white door, and then press the buzzer by the blue door to gain access to the Hub.
