Emotional Wellbeing and Mental Health Service (EWMHS) offer support for emotional well-being for children and young people. Any young person, concerned parent, care giver or a responsible adult of a young person can access the EWMHS by either making an appointment to see their young person’s GP with them, or accessing services for information by calling the central EWMHS phone number 0300 300 1600 and speaking to someone from the EWMHS team of healthcare professionals.

Kooth from XenZone, is an online counselling and emotional well-being platform for children and young people, accessible through mobile, tablet and desktop and free at the point of use. Big White Wall is a safe community to support your mental health, 24/7. Big White Wall is an online community for people who are stressed, anxious or feeling low.  The service has an active forum with round-the-clock support from trained professionals. You can talk anonymously to other members and take part in group or one-to-one therapy with therapists.

Childline offers telephone and online chat rooms support for children to contact if they are worried about anything.

Young Minds off support for young people struggling with mental health conditions.

Papyrus is the national charity dedicated to the prevention of young suicide.  They offer telephone, text and email support via HopelineUK along with online resources on their website.
