The current COVID-19 pandemic has left many people anxious and unsure about their financial future in the coming weeks and months.  This will be adding additional stress to an already uncertain future.  There is advice and support to help people cope with the possible financial impacts on your family.  It is a fast changing situation and information is updated regularly on the links below.  There are also a number of charities that can support you with essential items should you need them during this time. 

The Government has launched a package of support to help both individuals and businesses.                                                                   

The National Debtline has produced a factsheet to help people understand what support is available.  Their Twitter feed is updated regularly with advice and support. 

The Citizens Advice Bureau has published advice on managing the disruption to your day-to-day finances through this crisis.

Money Saving Expert has also produced a guide entitled “Coronavirus Financial Help & Rights”.

The Trussell Trust support a nationwide network of food banks and can provide emergency food and support. You can find your local food bank through their website.
