We change lives by transforming health and care, so that every day communities, colleagues, and those who use our services feel how we bring our values of Care, Think, Do to life: how we recognise achievements, support colleagues to implement their ideas for improving services and celebrate our success.

Innovation fund

Our purpose is to change lives through transforming health and care. So many of our colleagues have amazing ideas of how to transform the way we do things – and sometimes a bit of financial support can help, so we set aside £100,000 a year for this very reason.

Colleague awards

Our awards are all about recognising and celebrating someone who goes above and beyond. They’re a way for colleagues to acknowledge colleagues for the great things they’re doing day to day, big or small, that mean so much to everyone around them.
